This policy explains what information ProPump ("we", "us") collects when you use our website, the ProPump Calc app, the ProPump web office and the ProPump Connect app, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, company name and sign-in details (including Google or Apple sign-in).
- Business records you enter: customers, sites, wells, jobs, equipment and serial numbers, quotes, invoices, schedules and notes.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe, Apple or Google. We do not store full card numbers or bank account numbers.
- Device and usage information: device type, app version and basic diagnostics used to keep your account secure and the apps working.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and support ProPump.
- To manage subscriptions, seats and billing.
- To send service emails, such as quotes, invoices, receipts and account notices.
- To improve the product using anonymized, aggregated data that does not identify you, your customers or their addresses.
We do not sell your personal information or your customers' information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run ProPump — such as Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting and data storage), Stripe (payments), and our email delivery provider — and with services you choose to connect, such as QuickBooks Online. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Your customers' information
When a company uses ProPump, it controls the customer records it enters. Homeowners using ProPump Connect share information with the contractor they choose to link with.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data by emailing hello@getpropump.com.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with industry-standard cloud providers. Access within a company is controlled by roles and permissions set by the company's admin.
Children
ProPump is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and notify account owners where appropriate.
