Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the ProPump website, the ProPump Calc app, the ProPump web office and the ProPump Connect app (together, "ProPump"). By using ProPump you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Company admins are responsible for the team members they invite and the permissions they grant.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed and billed by Apple or Google under their terms.

Payments you collect

Card and ACH payments from your customers are processed by Stripe through your own connected Stripe account and are subject to Stripe's terms. Processing fees apply as shown in the app.

Your data

You own the business records you enter into ProPump. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Pump sizing and calculations

ProPump's calculations and pump curves are tools to support your professional judgment. Always verify selections against manufacturer specifications and local codes before installation.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse ProPump, attempt to access other companies' data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ProPump is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll update the date above and notify account owners.
